My family and I have been going here for 15+ years. I was just in for a cracked tooth (a personal nightmare) and the care was anmazing. Every person I have ever dealt with here has been friendly, kind and helpful. Most of the faces have been the same since I started going here, which says more than anything about the place. 6 stars.

Love this dental office from the front desk staff to the dentist (Dr Dinh) everyone is friendly and professional. I also bring my daughter to this practice and our dental hygienist Amy is amazing!! She is very kid friendly and most of all patient with my little one who is 3.

Dr. Dinh and his staff are fantastic. We are always seen on time and they always fit you in if you are having an emergency. Recently, Dr. Dinh replaced a very old crown for me. When it failed (of absolutely no fault of his- it was just a brittle tooth that had had a root canal 20 years prior) and the post came out a few months later, Dr. Dinh credited me back what I had paid on the crown so I could use it towards the tooth extraction and new implant. His patient care was extremely appreciated 🙂

This was my first visit and was not disappointed! I was badly overdue for cleaning and my only excuse is my former dentist retired and I was too busy to find another. I am particular and spend great deal of effort researching the right fit. I think I found it. Loved the location, staff were friendly and engaging, the facility was light bright modern and had right feng shue, Dr. Dinh (sp?) was great. I don’t like going to dentist, a bit of a phobia, but felt very comfortable. Not gonna lie, I was gripping the chair, but was not necessary. I did not have any issues so my visit was short since I didn’t need extra care. Actually looking forward to my next cleaning. Will update if anything changes.

I had an appointment with Dr. Dinh for two possible root canals. During my appointment he assessed I only needed to have him repair two cavities and crowns. His skill and honesty not only saved me added expense, but the experience was pain free. I have learned to expect, skilled, compassionate and professional care at Family Smile Center. What an amazing team! I had my initial visit, and I was very impressed with the level of service. The dentist, Dr. Dinh, is informative, thorough, and not in a rush. He made me feel very welcome. The dental assistant, Lisa, is very personable, funny, and reassuring. I loved getting my teeth cleaned by Amy, who has a wonderful personality and made the time fly by. I was blown away by how amazing this practice is once you get past the front desk folks (definitely not the friendliest or most patient when explaining things). But what really matters are the people taking care of your teeth. Great job, Dr. Dinh, Lisa, and Amy! You are all rockstars!

If you are not a fan of going to the dentist? Your search ends here! The staff is extremely polite and friendly, Dr.Din is if very knowledgeable, he explains the procedure, problems , issues and how to maintain healthier teeth and gums. NO DENTIST EVER IM MY LIFE BEEN SO PERSONAL. I would recommend everyone who has, had bad dentist experience to go here. You will not be disappointed!

I've had a cleaning and two fillings done here, and every experience has been great! The staff is fun and friendly, and I've always been impressed by how short the appointments were. When I moved to Frederick I tried Family Smile Center based on the overwhelming positive reviews, and I'm glad I did! I would absolutely recommend getting any dental work done here.

I was recently to the Family Smile Center to see Dr. D for two crowns. Both he and his assistant Ryan knew how afraid of needles I was and took their time to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I highly recommend the Family Smile Center, everyone is so kind, compassionate, and helpful!

My family and I have been Family Smile Center patients for several years, we have always been happy with the care they provide. The FSC team has always been kind and you get the impression they are a work family. At forty+ I still have all my wisdom teeth, never wore braces, and have never had a cavity. I've never had the need for any major dental work, I'm a boring patient, until a recent fracture of a molar changed that. I found myself in the ER on a late Saturday night with severe pain in my lower jaw. When I woke up Sunday the pain was excruciating so I made an emergency appointment with Dr. Dinh and an assistant. I am so thankful they took the time to see me on their day off. Dr. Dinh's recommended course of action eased my pain tremendously until my visit for a root canal three days later. During the root canal Dr. Dinh confirmed that the vertical fracture in my tooth extended from the crown to the root. I needed to have my tooth extracted, that's when Dr. Cha stepped in. The tag team effort by everyone at FSC was very much appreciated. Everyone was kind, patient and explained my options and what I could expect. They made sure I was as comfortable as I could be, I didn't experience any pain during the procedures. I generally don't write reviews but based on the extraordinary care I received I feel compelled too. I highly recommend the Family Smile Center.

My appointment for a cleaning was right on time, The scraping, rinsing, flossing, and polishing was accomplished with deft skill and courtesy. My dentist punctuated the cleaning with a visit to examine my teeth. All staff were happy to see me.

I have been seeing the folks at the FSC since the office was located on Orchard off of W. Patrick Street. Everyone one is always very friendly. Sandy is my hygienist and Dr. Dinh has been my dentist since he joined the practice. I would never think of changing dental practices.

We love this office. The staff and doctors are professional and welcoming. My children and I recently had appointments, all CDC guidelines are followed and taken seriously. This shows how much The Family Smile Center cares about their patients and staff. Top Notch Care!
